I must admit, I am loving the use of the fondant texture tiles! I am extrememly pleased with how this Cars Cake turned out for a special 6th birthday party!

A friend was having a birthday, and hiking Mt Baker at the same time! (He's a little crazy if you ask me) but to comemorate the event, I created a Lemon cake with fresh Raspberry filling and a little Mountain campsite to get the hiking mojo flowing!

Happy 1st Birthday to Malia, and for the sweetest little girl, a sweet treat to feed us all! Giant chocolate cupcake with marshmallow fondant and buttercream icing! I think she enjoyed it!

Curious George for a Curious 3 year old!

My baby boy turned 3 on the 15th, and to celebrate, we hosted a Curious George themed party for our friends and family at a local park. The kids had a blast, and my monkey loved his monkey themed cake! A basic two tier square chocolate cake with marshmallow fondant, and banana garnish to complete!

This cake for a 2nd Birthday for a sweet little girl screams summertime! Any sun worshiper or beach go-er would love to dig right into this sandy sensation! Two tier white cake with lemon cream filling, marshmallow fondant, brown sugar sand and gum paste accents. Throw on the surf music and chow down!

My son's daycare does a raffle every September where each class donates items to create a theme basket. Luckily, his class was designated the Birthday Basket! I donated a cake to the winner, and this little guys 1st birthday called for a highflying adventure!

The boys in my household are big fans of me trying anything new in the cake department, that means test cakes! This was the test cake for my first Chocolate Marshmallow Fondant cake I did, turned out great!

I am surprised this cake made it out of my house in one piece, it was made for a family members birthday, but my husband is a huge Oregon Ducks fan, it is an ongoing battle in our family! He did request a small green O on the back of the cake, which I did, and everyone found it humerous. All in good fun!

Princess Overload!

The "Blue Princess" as my niece called her was for her 2nd birthday, her friend Kaylee fell in love with the cake and wanted a "Pink Princess" Who am I do deny little girls of a princess cake!

Cinderella was for a 3rd birthday, both base garden and carriage are white cake with Marshmallow fondant.
